  • Individual counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore personal challenges, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and cultural adjustment difficulties. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Therapeutic approaches may include EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), solution-focused interventions, and other evidence-based methods.

  • Children and adolescents often express emotional distress differently than adults. Counselling can help young people develop emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and resilience while navigating challenges at home, school, and in relationships.

I use developmentally informed, strengths-based, and play-based interventions to support children and youth experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, family transitions, social challenges, and the effects of stressful or traumatic experiences.

  • Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. Parent consultation sessions provide guidance and support for caregivers navigating behavioural concerns, emotional difficulties, family transitions, school-related issues, and parent-child relationship challenges.

Together, we explore practical strategies that strengthen communication, support healthy development, and foster more positive family interactions.

  • Relationship difficulties often affect many areas of life, even when only one partner is seeking support. These sessions help individuals better understand relationship patterns, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate conflict, separation, divorce, or dating concerns.

The focus is on developing skills that support healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

  • Our collaborative co-therapy approach involves two therapists working together with the couple. This format provides balanced perspectives, enhanced support, and a structured environment for addressing communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, emotional disconnection, and relationship growth.

Depending on the needs of the couple, the process may include both joint and individual sessions to support personal insight and relational change.

  • Comprehensive assessments include an extended clinical interview and, where appropriate, standardized questionnaires. The assessment process gathers background information, explores current concerns, and provides recommendations to support treatment planning or other professional needs.

Assessment reports may be available upon request, depending on the purpose of the assessment.

  • Student life can bring unique pressures related to academics, relationships, career decisions, financial concerns, and personal identity. Reduced-rate counselling is available for full-time post-secondary students seeking support in a confidential and supportive environment.

A valid student ID is required.
